We run a pretty tight ship at Linden Hills Jewelers and we take pride in our outstanding customer service.  With that said, it is critical that you understand how to reach us during normal operating hours.  If for any reason there is an immediate request for our service, the best way to get a hold of us is by just calling us.  We always answer the phone Tuesday - Friday 10-6 and Saturday 10-3.  If you feel like it is important to reach us in real time, wether it is for driving directions or just a simple question regarding pricing or timing or services we offer, just call.  Otherwise, we text mostly and respond twice a day to all texts.  Once in the morning and once in the evening.  You can also just stop by and we will cheerfully great you with a smile and answer any questions.  Form responses may vary and are considered a 'last resort' for scheduling something out.  Email is almost exclusively provided for industry communication, promotions and business to business measures.
